Now the time has come! Cool and matured for a long time in our lager tanks, it is now time for us to proudly present our MAIBOCK to you!
MAIBOCK is the name given to a kind of bock beer, which is traditionally brewed and drunk between Lent and before full beers are available in summer. The Maibock is a bottom-fermented strong beer with an alcohol content of 6 to 8.5% vol. and the corresponding original wort.

Description

Our MAIBOCK “El Faro de Portocolom” is a limited edition beer.

A lager beer with a light amber colour with a distinct malt flavor and light spicy hop character and a fine, creamy, long-lasting white head. It cleverly finds the middle ground between strength and drinkability with a taste impression on the palate and on the finish that invites you to continue drinking.
Our MAIBOCK has a medium-bodied mouthfeel with a moderately high level of carbon dioxide, with a soft, slightly creamy texture and a warming alcohol content.

Brewed with hops from Portocolom on Mallorca according to the German Purity Law.

Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, hops, yeast.

Alcohol: 7.2% vol.
Bitter: 32 IBU
Color: 12.2 EBC
Capacity: 330ml
