Our SUMMER ALE "El Faro de Portocolom" is a limited edition beer.
It is an ale with a light golden color with a pronounced malt flavor and less hop notes.
It is a light and tasty beer, typically made for the summer season. It has a very good drinkability that invites to continue drinking.
¿¿¿ Por que ??? - BLUEBERRY SOUR GOSE
Our Blueberry sour Gose is a limited edition beer.
A fruity Sour Ale brewed in the Gose tradition with coriander, salt and some hops. At the end of fermentation, a large dose of blueberry was added to give a rich fruity sweetness to our tart, tangy and refreshing beer, perfect for any season.
El Faro de Portocolom - PALE ALE
Our PALE ALE "El Faro de Portocolom" is our standard brew.
It is a fine, pure, light beer with a clear malt flavor and light hop character.
It skillfully finds the middle ground between strength and drinkability with a taste impression
on the palate and finish that invites you to continue drinking.
El Faro de Portocolom - MAIBOCK
Our MAIBOCK "El Faro de Portocolom" is a limited edition beer.
Cool and long matured in our long tanks, it is now time that we can proudly present you our MAIBOCK! It has shows a medium-bodied mouthfeel with moderately high carbonation, with soft, slightly creamy texture and warming perceptible alcohol content.

El Faro de Portocolom - CHOCOLATE COFFEE STOUT
Our CHOCOLATE COFFEE STOUT "El Faro de Portocolom" is a limited edition beer.
During my travels around the world, I first came into contact with a Chocolate Coffee Stout in Odessa/Ukraine a few years ago.
Not being a big fan of stouts like Guinness and the like before, but looking for interesting local specialty beers, I took a few bottles from the local beer store to try. Although many local friends said it wasn't the best of its kind, I thought it was brilliant and since I couldn't get any such beer here on the island, the idea was there to try it for myself. After the first two brews, which were very aromatic of coffee and chocolate, but also very dry, I adjusted the recipe and created this Chocolate Coffee Stout. Something for lovers of coffee, chocolate and good beer! Cheers!
El Faro de Portocolom - WET HOPPED LAGER
Our WET HOPPED LAGER "El Faro de Portocolom" is a limited edition beer.
A fine, pure, light Lager with a distinct malt flavor and light hop character from our own production. Presents mainly the fruitiness of the hops and the malt flavor, without becoming too heavy or thick. The fruitiness of the domestically grown hops is present in aroma and flavor.
Our WET HOPPED LAGER has a balanced body with a soft, slightly creamy texture, medium carbonation and an alcohol content that is barely perceivable as warming, if at all.
Es Port - INDIA PALE ALE
Our INDIA PALE ALE "Es Port" is a limited edition beer.
The successor to our QUARANTINE IPA impresses with its resinous, herbal bitterness and aromas of tropical fruit, melon, blueberry, raspberry and elderberry.
On the palate, there are hints of grapefruit, lime, redcurrant, a slight resinousness of pine and herbs.
Styrian Wolf and Styrian Dragon were used for dry hopping.
