Description
EL FARO DE PORTOCOLOM - Coffee Chocolate Stout
On my travels around the world, I first came into contact with a chocolate coffee stout some years ago in Odessa / Ukraine.
Since I wasn't a big fan of stouts like Guinness and others until now, but I was looking for interesting local beer specialties, I took a couple of bottles from local beer store to try. Despite the fact that many local friends said it wasn't the best of its kind, I thought it was awesome and since I couldn't get such a beer here on the island, the idea was there to try it myself. After the first two brews, which were very aromatic like coffee and chocolate, but also very dry, I adjusted the recipe and created this Chocolate Coffee Stout.
Something for lovers of coffee, chocolate and good beer! Cheers!
